Juice of Chía Benexia

Jugo-de-Chia

Ingredients:

  • 4 liters of water / 1 gal or n
  • 4 or 5 lemons
  • 4 or 5 tablespoons seed to Ch t (4 × 13 g contains: 1200-1500 mg of Omega 3.)
  • Az u car (depending on taste, 4 tablespoons)

Preparation:

  • To toast the seeds of Chía for 2 minutes in a frying pan (to be careful not to surpass and to burn the seeds, this would not benefit to the taste of the juice).
  • Grind the seeds in a blender (it is better to roast them before to facilitate the grinding process and avoid forcing the machine).
  • Mix the water with the seeds, lemons and sugar.
  • The drink is ready to be consumed.
