Quinua and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup of rice flour (can be replaced with any other gluten-free meal)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
  • Stevia, xylitol … to sweeten (optional; try the dough if it is necessary to sweeten it)

Preparation:

  • Mix in a cup the flour with the baking soda.
  • Hurt the banana with a fork. Mix with water and add cooked quinoa. Sweeten if required. Stir well.
  • Add the flour mixture with baking soda, mix well.
  • If the dough is very thick, add more water. If it is too liquid, add more flour.
  • Heat the greased skillet gently with oil. Add the dough, brown on both sides.
  • Spread with jam, honey, garnish with fruit … according to the taste of each.
