Wash the quinoa well and boil in water for 10 minutes.
Grate the chancaca and put in a saucepan over medium heat with the whole cinnamon, clove and water that covers it, until forming a soft syrup.
Remove the chancaca from the fire and strain, join the cooked quinoa along with the raisins and a pinch of salt. Let it boil, add the butter and pisco. Remove from heat and serve by sprinkling cinnamon powder.
