Quinua and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 100 gr quinoa
- 2 large glasses of water, approximately 400 ml.
- 5 golden apples, though mine were small
- 1 slice of a vanilla pod
- Cinnamon sticks
- Sugar to taste
Elaboration:
- We boil the water with vanilla and cinnamon. We cut the apples into pieces, with their skin but removing seeds and the heart.
- We put the quinoa and apples in the boiling water, stir a little everything, cover and let it on medium heat for about 20 minutes, just like rice. After that time we remove cinnamon and vanilla and grind everything well.
- It can be eaten warm or cold at all, and notice that it fills quite a lot.
